Welcome to our website. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

We provide professional services including, but not limited to:

  • Tax preparation and filing

  • Bookkeeping services

  • Payroll processing

  • Tax planning and consultation

  • Business advisory services

All services are performed based on the information and documentation provided by the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely information

  • Respond promptly to requests for additional documentation

  • Review all completed returns, reports, and filings before submission

  • Maintain copies of your financial and tax records

We are not responsible for errors, penalties, or additional taxes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

  • Service fees are based on the scope and complexity of work performed.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Tax returns will not be filed, and bookkeeping deliverables may be withheld, until payment is received.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees or service suspension.

4. No Refund Policy

All services are subject to our No Refund Policy. Once work has commenced or services have been rendered, fees are non-refundable regardless of filing outcome, refund amount, or tax liability.

5. Confidentiality & Data Security

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. Information will only be shared when:

  • Required by law

  • Authorized by the client

  • Necessary to complete contracted services

6. Electronic Communication & Signatures

By using our services, you consent to receive communications electronically, including:

  • Engagement letters

  • Invoices

  • Tax documents

  • Notifications

Electronic signatures and approvals are considered legally binding.

7. Third-Party Software & Portals

We may utilize secure third-party platforms (e.g., client portals, bookkeeping software, e-filing systems). While we select reputable providers, we are not liable for outages, breaches, or technical failures outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid for the services in question.

  • We are not responsible for penalties, interest, or audits resulting from client-provided information.

9. Record Retention

We retain client records in accordance with professional and regulatory requirements. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of all tax returns, financial statements, and supporting documentation.

10. Service Refusal or Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • Required documentation is not provided

  • Payments are delinquent

  • There is suspected fraud or illegal activity

  • Professional standards cannot be met

Clients remain responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission

All website content is the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

LOGIN

1. Click on “Client Portal Login” button.

2. Enter primary taxpayer's social security number (no dashes).  For businesses, enter your EIN.

3. Enter your password.  If password is unknown, click “Need a Password or Forgot Password?” link and follow instructions contact our office (240-866-2145) to have it reset.

4. Click “Login”.

 

UPLOAD DOCUMENT

1.    Click on Upload Documents (Either Drag & Drop or Click and find to insert)

 

E-SIGN

1.    Click "Get a copy of My Tax Returns and Documents (E-sign Required)”.  (If “E-signed Required” is not seen, contact our office at 240-866-2145)

2.    Click "E-Sign Required" in red under the column marked Electronic Signature.

3.    Electronic Signatures block will pop up.  Enter the following information:

     -Your Name (first and last)
     -Your PIN # (which is the last 5-digits of your social security number, no dashes)
     -Your date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy)
     -Your zip code (5-digits only)

4.    Click "E-Sign Client".

5.    If applicable, spouse must repeat these steps using their information and then click "E-Sign Spouse".

 

 

PAY INVOICE - Tax return is not viewable until invoice is paid in full.

1.    In the section “Get a copy of My Tax Returns and Documents”, click the green dollar amount under the column marked Account Balance.

2.   Click either "Pay with Credit Card" in orange or click “Pay with E-Check”. Enter information as indicated to process payment.  Click "Send Payment".

3. Go back to "Get a copy of My Tax Returns and Documents" and click the tax return file to view.
