SERVICE | FEES In-Person Notarial Act Per notarized signature (Each signature notarized is one notarial act) Up to $8 per notarized signature Travel Fee (Mobile Notary) Applies when travel is required Up to $5 plus IRS standard mileage reimbursement MOBILE NOTARY SERVICES We bring our notary services to you! Available at your home, office, hospital, nursing facility, or other mutually agreed-upon location. • Professional & courteous service • Flexible evening & weekend appointments • Travel within our service area Travel charges will be disclosed and agreed upon before your appointment. PLEASE BRING • A valid, government-issued photo ID. • All documents requiring notarization. • Do not sign your documents before meeting with the notary unless specifically instructed that the document permits it. IMPORTANT INFORMATION • The notary’s role is to verify identity and witness signatures. • We cannot provide legal advice or prepare legal documents unless separately authorized to do so. • Identification is required for all notarizations.
